Configure Telegram low-wallet balance alerts
Open **Settings → Notifications → Telegram → Client Bot** and connect the intended customer bot. Under **Low Wallet Balance Alerts**, configure the currencies offered by your wallet settings. You need permission to manage notifications.
Set the thresholds
1. Turn on **Enable low wallet balance alerts**.
2. Enter a positive amount in each desired currency’s **threshold** field. Each amount is in that wallet currency.
3. Leave a currency empty to disable its threshold.
4. Select **Save**, wait for confirmation, and reopen the settings to verify them.
When an alert is sent
An eligible debit must move a client wallet from above the threshold to at or below it. The alert can trigger again after the balance rises above the threshold and later crosses downward again. This is not a repeated alert on every debit while the balance remains low.
Missing currency or rejected save
Enable the relevant wallet currency in **Settings → Currency & Wallet → Wallets** first. An enabled alert configuration needs at least one positive threshold. Zero, negative, invalid, or empty values do not create a usable threshold.
No alert arrived
Check the saved switch, the correct currency and amount, whether a debit actually crossed from above the threshold, and the client’s Telegram connection. A balance that was already below the threshold is different from a new crossing. Report the relevant event and displayed settings privately without exposing bot tokens or client financial records publicly.
