Connect Telegram client and admin bots
Open **Settings → Notifications → Telegram**. **Client Bot** is for customer access and customer notifications; **Admin Bot** is for staff alert destinations. Use the bot intended for that audience and keep its token private.
Connect a bot
1. Select **Client Bot** or **Admin Bot**.
2. Use the bot token supplied by **@BotFather** to the authorized bot owner.
3. Enter **Telegram Bot Token** and choose **Connect Bot**.
4. Confirm the connected **Telegram Username**. Disconnect and correct the setup if it is the wrong bot.
Customer App button
Connecting the Client Bot configures its menu button automatically. In Telegram, open the bot and tap **App**. Close and reopen the chat if a new button is not visible. The **Configure Telegram Mini App** card shows this workspace’s actual Mini App URL and whether the optional prominent profile **Launch app** button is enabled.
Admin notifications
After connecting Admin Bot, use **Notification Recipients** to set the **Channel ID / Username** for each offered admin alert. Save the row, confirm its destination, and check an appropriate notification when that real event occurs. The bot needs the Telegram access required to post to that destination. Remove a recipient when it should no longer receive alerts.
Disconnect or investigate
**Disconnect** removes the selected bot connection after confirmation. A connected username does not prove that every destination can receive a message. Check the bot, destination, and permissions before reconnecting. Share the error text privately with support; never send a bot token in a public message.
