Set up the Telegram customer Mini App

First connect the intended **Client Bot** under **Settings → Notifications → Telegram → Client Bot**. You need the authorized bot owner for BotFather changes. Admin Bot alert recipients are configured separately.

Open the customer app

Fusion configures the bot’s menu button when the Client Bot connects. Open the bot in Telegram and tap **App**. If the button has not appeared, close and reopen the chat. In Fusion, read **Configure Telegram Mini App** and copy the exact displayed **Mini App URL** for this workspace.

Optional Main Mini App

The prominent **Launch app** button on a bot’s profile is a separate Telegram feature. If the card offers **Optional: Enable Main Mini App**, use **@BotFather → /mybots → select your bot → Bot Settings → Configure Mini App → Enable Mini App**. Supply the Mini App URL shown in Fusion.

Confirm the result

Reload the Telegram settings afterward. **Main Mini App Enabled** means Telegram reports that profile button as enabled. Open the bot’s actual Telegram profile and test the customer app. An automatically configured menu button alone does not prove the optional profile button was enabled.

Wrong workspace or old URL

Check the connected bot’s username and the current URL displayed by Fusion, especially after changing a custom domain. Do not copy an example URL from another workspace. If the customer app fails, provide its hostname and visible error to support without posting the bot token.
