Set staff invoice permissions and wallet allowance

Open an accepted user under **Settings → Users & Roles → Users**. Role permissions and per-user financial limits serve different purposes; review both before giving staff responsibility for customer funds.

Allowed Invoice Statuses

Open the **Permissions** tab and select the invoice statuses this staff member may use when adding funds or updating invoices. Save the user. A checked status does not itself change an invoice or add money to a customer wallet.

Wallet Access

Open **Wallet Allowance**, enable **Enable Access** only when the person should manage customer wallet balances, and choose the allowance mode.

- **Daily limit** resets its usage automatically each day.

- **Lifetime allowance** does not reset automatically.

Enter the permitted amount in the displayed base currency and save.

Add lifetime allowance

For an existing lifetime allowance, enter **Amount to add** and review the projected new allowance. Save any other profile changes first; top-up is disabled while they remain unsaved. Choose the top-up action, read the confirmation, and confirm only the intended increase. Review **Top-up history**, **Number of top-ups**, and **Total added** afterward.

Avoid the wrong action

Increasing staff allowance does not credit the staff member or a customer. It changes their authorization ceiling. If a wallet action is rejected, compare the staff member's role, allowed invoice status, wallet access, and remaining allowance rather than repeatedly submitting the customer transaction.
