Configure wallet-credit verification and automated KYC

Open **Settings → Security** with permission to modify security preferences. The screen contains **Two-Step Verification** and **KYC Verification**.

Wallet-credit 2FA

**Disable 2FA Requirement** permits wallet-credit actions without requiring that additional verification. Leave it off when you want the requirement to remain in force. This is a wallet-credit setting; it does not reset a staff or customer DHRU Account password or replace their account security settings. Save and reopen the screen to confirm the intended value.

Automated KYC

Use **Enable Automated KYC Verification** for the available customer identity-verification workflow. Review the KYC credit balance and current cost. Enabling the preference does not by itself mark every customer verified or guarantee that every check will pass.

Buy KYC Credits

Open **Buy KYC Credits**, choose the displayed quantity, and select **Buy**. Read the confirmation: the amount is debited from your DHRU Account wallet, which must have sufficient balance. Confirm the purchase, wait for the result, and check the updated credit balance. Avoid repeating a purchase while its outcome is uncertain.

Troubleshooting

If the workspace details or credits are unavailable, refresh the screen and confirm you are signed into the intended workspace. For a denied verification, review the customer's actual verification result rather than increasing credits to override it. Ask support using the relevant account reference without posting identity documents in a public discussion.
