Review and sign out staff sessions

Open **Settings → Users & Roles → Users**, select an accepted staff user, and choose **Active Sessions**. Viewing sessions and signing out other staff sessions require the corresponding permissions. The primary administrator’s profile also exposes the available session view.

Read the table

The view shows up to ten active sessions for the selected staff member. **Session** marks **This session** when applicable. **Device** shows the available browser and operating-system details. **Location & IP** shows the recorded address and can include the initial IP if it changed. **Activity** shows last seen and sign-in time; **Session end** shows expiry or revocation information. **Authentication** shows the recorded sign-in methods.

Refresh and investigate

Use **Refresh active sessions** to reload the list. Compare an unfamiliar entry with the staff member’s actual devices and networks. A network-derived location is useful context but can differ from the person’s physical location. Missing browser or location information does not by itself identify an attacker.

Sign out a session

Choose **Sign out** on the intended eligible row and confirm **Sign out selected session?**. The selected session loses access and remains in login history. The list reloads after a successful action. If an action is unavailable, check your permission to revoke other staff sessions rather than assuming the row was already revoked.

Sign out this session

**Sign out this session** ends the Admin Panel session you are currently using. Read the confirmation first; after success the browser returns to sign-in. For an unexpected sign-in, review account security and the staff member’s Login Access settings as well. Do not share session credentials or private IP/device details in a public message.

If the panel reports that admin session management is not available, contact the workspace administrator or support. Provide the displayed error and relevant time privately; an unavailable list is not proof that no other session exists.
