Review members and control automatic changes

Open **Clients > Membership**. **Members** shows existing assignments; **Review Changes** shows the current proposed decisions. Refresh before reviewing a recently funded or renewed account.

Inspect a member

1. Open Members and find the client by search.

2. Compare Client, Group, Assigned by, Status, and Valid until.

3. Open the client to check the underlying account and financial records when needed.

4. Use **Protect from automatic changes** to intentionally lock an assignment. Use **Allow automatic changes** to remove that protection.

5. Refresh and check the Automatic changes indicator. Protection is separate from account status or sign-in security.

Apply reviewed changes

Open Review Changes and compare the current group, proposed new group, result, measured amount, and reason. Waiting-period, review-required, protected, and no-change outcomes need different handling. Select only actionable decisions, choose **Apply selected**, read the confirmation, and verify the resulting Members rows. Search and pagination affect what you can see; review the selected scope before applying.

Membership Settings

**Membership Tiers** requires an active program. **Automatic Updates** applies qualifying paid-membership and wallet-funding changes without per-change staff review. Turning it off does not undo changes already applied. For paid programs, **Membership Price Comparison** shows eligible prices on product pages and at checkout; membership fees remain separate.

If a client is unchanged, check whether the program is active/enabled, automatic updates are enabled, the measured qualification is met, a grace/review policy applies, or the assignment is protected. Repeatedly applying an unexplained decision is not a substitute for checking those inputs.
