Find, filter, and export clients
Open **Clients > List**. Rows identify the client by name, email, group, account status, and KYC status. Wallet balances require separate permission. Open a row to review the account before changing it.
Find an account
1. Search the client list and compare both the name and email.
2. Open Filters and narrow by **Group**, **Status**, **Country**, **Join Date**, or **Client ID**. Other available filters include Telegram Connection, Email Verification, Phone Verification, API Access, Two-Factor Authentication, KYC Status, Custom Pricing, and Internal Notes; some require extra permission.
3. Apply the filters and open the matching row.
4. Confirm the client ID and contact information in the record header. A matching name alone is not enough when accounts have similar names.
5. Refresh when another administrator recently changed the account.
Saved views and export
Saved filters reopen a view with its saved conditions; they do not create another client. Use pagination to review additional results. Use the **Download clients** icon menu and choose **Export CSV**, **Export JSON**, or **Export TXT**. The export uses the current list query. Inspect the downloaded file before sharing it because it contains client information.
No results or missing controls
Clear search and restrictive filters before assuming an account was deleted. Viewing clients, reading balances, creating clients, and deleting clients are separately controlled. Ask the workspace owner to review the relevant staff permission when needed. An export is a snapshot; recheck the live client record before using it for a financial or access decision.
