Review a client KYC submission
Open the client’s **KYC** tab. Account status, verified email/phone, and KYC status are separate indicators. Confirm the client identity and record reference before reviewing documents.
Review the evidence
1. Refresh after a recent submission or another staff review.
2. Inspect the available **Identity document**, **Liveness**, **Face match**, **AML screening**, and **IP analysis** sections.
3. Open document previews and compare warnings with the underlying evidence. A warning is a review signal, not proof of wrongdoing.
4. Follow your organization’s verification requirements before using approval or decline actions.
5. Use Approve KYC or Decline KYC when appropriate, read the status confirmation, and verify the resulting overall state.
A manually managed verification can have no automated checks. Do not treat a manually selected Approved state as independent evidence that every check was performed. Keep sensitive verification material in authorized workflows rather than duplicating it into general client notes.
Resetting verification
**Delete KYC** clears stored verification data and the client may need to verify again. Use it only for an intentional reset after reviewing the record and retention requirements. It is not needed to refresh the page. An empty submission should not be approved to bypass a verification requirement.
If evidence will not load or a status action fails, retain the client and verification-session references privately and request help. Do not post identity files or personal verification results publicly.
