Run Price Sync Now and investigate failures
Open **Orders → Supplier APIs**, edit the supplier and select **Price Synchronize**. Confirm its saved currency/conversion, price rules and API refresh interval. A manual sync can update purchase costs and selling prices for multiple connected services.
Run and review
1. Review the intended scope and announcement preference.
2. Select **Price Sync Now** when available.
3. Keep the workspace open while progress is reported.
4. Use **Check status** if the operation needs an explicit status check.
5. Open **View summary** and inspect the completed result before assuming prices changed.
If the connection reports **Price sync automatically disabled**, read the displayed last error and fix the cause first. The screen can ask you to choose a refresh interval and save to re-enable synchronization. This restores future scheduling; it does not prove the previous failed job succeeded.
Common checks
Verify supplier authentication, current service/category data, purchase currency, CRD conversion where relevant and a matching global rule. For a single product, check whether it uses Manual Price, Service Auto Price or Global Auto Price and whether Allow Free Order disables automatic prices.
An empty or malformed supplier catalog should not be treated as a valid price update. Review the synchronization error and preserve the previously verified catalog until corrected data is available.
**Expected result:** the sync has an inspected final summary and representative prices agree with the saved rules. If status remains uncertain, check the existing job before repeatedly starting new syncs. Share only the supplier display name, safe error, time and affected service references with support.
