Configure global supplier price synchronization

Open **Orders → Supplier APIs**, edit the supplier and choose **Price Synchronize**. Synchronize the catalog first and confirm purchase currencies/conversion before enabling global selling-price rules.

Configure the rule

1. Enable **Enable global auto price sync**.

2. Choose **All** supplier categories or **Specific Category**.

3. Enable the intended client groups for each category rule.

4. Enter the **Fixed** and **Percentage** increments for each relevant currency/group.

5. Choose the **API refresh interval**.

6. Review the announcement preference and save.

Category selection, global selling margins and the supplier refresh interval are separate decisions. The refresh schedule updates supplier purchase information for connected services. A product using **Service Auto Price** can keep its own margins, while a product using **Global Auto Price** follows a matching global category rule.

Choose the announcement behavior deliberately. The form can offer **Do not send announcements about price changes**; notification capabilities can depend on the workspace plan. Do not assume turning notifications off prevents the price change itself.

Verify

Run an approved **Price Sync Now**, or inspect the next scheduled result. Compare representative supplier costs and selling prices for every affected group/currency. An enabled schedule is not evidence that a refresh has completed.

**Expected result:** matching services use the intended global margins and refresh schedule. If a service cannot use Global Auto Price, save/reload its supplier mapping and check whether its supplier category actually matches a global rule.
