Choose Service Auto Price or Global Auto Price

Open the service’s the **Pricing** tab tab. Automatic pricing needs a saved primary supplier-service mapping and permission to manage supplier price synchronization. Turn off **Allow Free Order** before enabling automatic pricing.

Choose a mode

| Mode | Use it when |

| --- | --- |

| Manual Price | Staff maintain each selling price. |

| Service Auto Price | Supplier cost refreshes, but this service has its own margin rules. |

| Global Auto Price | The service follows the global rules for its supplier category. |

Configure and save

1. Check the connected primary supplier and service. Save or reload a new mapping first if requested.

2. Select the intended pricing mode.

3. For Service Auto Price, enable groups and enter their Fixed/Percentage increments. For Global Auto Price, confirm a matching supplier-category rule exists.

4. Check the supplier **Sync interval**. If automatic refresh is off, choose an interval and use **Enable** when offered.

5. Save, then review the calculated selling price in each relevant currency/group.

The API refresh schedule is shared by services connected to that supplier and remains enabled after this form closes. Selling-price margin rules can still be specific to this service. Changing a schedule is therefore broader than editing one selling price.

**If a mode is unavailable:** connect the primary API service, turn off free ordering, verify supplier-edit permission, and check that a global rule actually matches. Do not use a manual price merely to bypass an unresolved supplier cost or currency problem.

**Expected result:** cost refresh and the selected margin rules produce the intended selling prices. Check the next refresh or run an approved Price Sync Now and inspect its summary.
