Set manual prices, purchase cost and group availability

Open the service in the **Pricing** tab. Prepare its purchase currency/cost and intended selling prices. Cost and selling price serve different purposes; do not enter a supplier’s credit amount as a currency amount without conversion.

Set manual prices

1. Enter **Purchase Cost → Currency** and **Amount**.

2. Select **Manual Price** for selling prices that staff will maintain.

3. Enable the client groups allowed to order the service.

4. Enter the selling price in each required currency. Other group prices can inherit the default group where the form says to leave them blank.

5. Review the displayed profit/margin, then save.

**Orders Below Purchase Cost** can use the global setting, explicitly allow this service or explicitly block it. Allowing a sale below cost can create a loss. Review conversions and group-specific prices before overriding the policy.

A group’s enabled status and selling price are independent. A disabled group cannot order this service even when an old price is stored. A price of zero is not the same as inheritance; free ordering has an explicit **Allow Free Order** control.

**Expected result:** an enabled client group has the intended price and the service uses manual selling-price maintenance. If values appear to change later, check whether Service Auto Price or Global Auto Price is selected, whether a client custom price applies, and which currency/customer group you are reviewing.
