Manage client-specific service prices
Open the service and use its **Client Custom Prices** control. This manages negotiated prices for particular clients; the normal service group prices remain a separate configuration. You need permission to edit the relevant client pricing.
Review and update
1. Open **Client Custom Prices** for the correct service.
2. Find the intended client and check the enabled currencies.
3. Compare the custom value with the displayed default price, purchase cost, profit and margin.
4. Enter the agreed custom prices and submit the intended changes.
5. Reopen the client/service pricing and verify the effective amount.
A client can have a stored custom price while the service is disabled for that client’s group. Pricing does not by itself enable ordering. When reviewing a customer complaint, inspect group availability and the specific currency along with the negotiated value.
Reset an override
Use row selection to define whose prices you intend to reset. The reset confirmation distinguishes **selected clients** from **all clients**. Read it carefully: a reset returns the affected clients to default pricing and can change more than the row you last clicked.
**Expected result:** only the intended clients have the negotiated price or reset behavior. If a value seems incorrect, inspect the source currency, default group price and client’s own currency. Do not overwrite every client price to repair one mistaken customer override.
