Bulk edit service prices and details

Use the catalog’s bulk editor when the same controlled change applies to several services. Prepare the list and the desired prices or details first. A bulk action can affect many orderable offers at once.

Define the scope

1. Open **Products → List** and narrow the category, name and client-group filter.

2. Select intended rows for a selected-row action, or choose the **Bulk Edit** tab.

3. Choose the intended bulk mode: **Price**, **Purchase Cost**, **Status**, or **Name & Time**. Confirm the client-group and currency scope.

4. Edit only the required columns, such as name, purchase currency/amount or delivery time/unit.

5. Review the affected rows and choose **Submit** or the indicated bulk update action.

The grid can display default-group prices, purchase cost, enabled status and currency-specific values together. Read the column heading before entering an amount. A stored price in a disabled group does not enable ordering, and automatic pricing may govern later price refreshes.

Before saving

Check one representative row in the normal service editor. Confirm the correct base currency, group availability and pricing mode. Keep delivery-time changes deliberate because they can influence supplier timeout behavior as well as the visible estimate.

**Expected result:** the intended rows change, with unrelated services and clients left outside the selected scope. Reload the list after submission. If any rows fail, inspect their validation or permissions and retry only those changes; do not assume a batch success count means every value was accepted.
