Complete service details and descriptions
Open an existing product/service from **Products → List**. The full editor has **Details**, **Description**, **Fields**, **Pricing**, **Preferences** and **Order Automation** tabs. When adding a new item, use Advanced mode for this full configuration. Editing access depends on your role.
Details
In **Details**, set the service Type, Primary Categories and optional Other Categories. Review Delivery Time and unit. Use **Hide from client UI** beside delivery time only when you intend to hide that displayed estimate; it does not replace correct processing settings.
Enable **This product has a SKU or barcode** to enter the SKU and Barcode. Enable **SEO Title and Meta Description** when you want those metadata fields. Set **Availability** to reflect the customer-facing stock state, and manage product images where needed.
Customer instructions
Use **Description** for the service explanation and requirements. State exactly what the customer should provide, expected delivery, supported request types and the limits of the service. Configure structured required inputs under **Fields** rather than burying every requirement in prose.
Availability is a storefront purchase-control display; it is not a universal block on reseller API orders. If you intend to stop orders for a client group, review the service’s actual enabled groups and order controls. Delivery Time can also affect supplier timeout behavior.
**Expected result:** customers see an accurate service description and appropriate metadata. Reopen the service after saving and check the relevant customer/group view. An admin-only preview does not prove that the service is available or priced correctly for every client.
