Accept and export manual orders
Before accepting work, verify the service, supplied identifiers and customer requirements. Confirm your staff role can access the pending queue or the individual order. Acceptance records that work has been taken for processing; it does not create a final success result.
Accept the intended orders
1. Open **Orders → Pending Orders → New** and filter to the product or client you are working on.
2. Select the specific rows you intend to take.
3. Use **Accept Selected**. The unselected variant can be labelled **Accept All**; check its scope before confirming.
4. Review the confirmation and complete the action only for the intended set.
5. Refresh the queue and inspect the reported successes and errors.
Accepted manual orders appear in **Accepted** while they await a final success or rejection reply. The accept workflow prepares an export grouped by service, including the base identifier and relevant order fields. Use the export supplied by that workflow when you need to send work to a manual operator.
Keep exported order data private. An export can contain identifiers and customer-provided fields. Send it only through your approved fulfillment process, and retain a local order reference so the final reply can be matched back to the correct order.
**If some orders are not accepted:** inspect the item-level result and reload the list before retrying only the remaining work. Another operator may already have changed an order. Do not submit the export twice merely because the browser confirmation was slow.
When the result is ready, use Reply Success or review bulk replies.
