Reply Success to an order

Use a success reply when the requested work is complete and you have checked the result against the correct order. Before proceeding, inspect the service, base identifier, supplier reference and existing reply. You need permission to change the order status.

Complete the order

1. Open the order from **Orders → Pending Orders → Accepted** or the relevant processing list.

2. In the reply area, select **Reply Success**.

3. Enter the actual result required by this service. Complete any reply fields shown.

4. Re-read the identifier and result before selecting **Reply Success** to submit.

5. Reload the order and confirm it records Success with the intended reply.

For an order already marked successful, the interface can show **Update Reply**. Use that to correct the customer-visible reply when appropriate, and review the activity history afterward. Changing a text reply is different from sending a new supplier request.

Supplier-connected work

If a supplier result is still in progress, do not invent a success reply to clear the queue. Check the API status and supplier order reference first. A manually completed order may cause a later duplicate supplier response to be recorded without replacing the manual outcome.

**Expected result:** the order is recorded as Success and the saved reply belongs to that order. If the submission returns item-level errors, read the message, refresh and inspect the order before retrying. Avoid sending the same fulfillment twice after an uncertain response.

For several completed manual orders, prepare a preview with **Bulk Reply** rather than applying one result indiscriminately to every visible row.
