Trace a client transaction across records
Open the client and choose the relevant record tab. **Ledger**, **Orders**, and **Invoices** answer different questions: wallet movement, service fulfillment, and billing/payment recording.
Follow wallet activity
1. In Ledger, choose **Date** and **Currency**, then apply the filter when using the filter sheet.
2. Read Date, Related ID, **CR**, **DR**, Balance, and IP. CR adds wallet credit; DR removes wallet credit.
3. Follow the available related-record action. Invoice and order references open their current detail sheets; a transfer can link to the counterparty client.
4. Compare the transaction currency and amount in the related record.
5. Review Audit Log where you have access to understand account changes.
Check orders
Use Product types, Statuses, and Search orders to narrow the client’s orders. Compare Order ID, Product Name, Status, API Status, Credit, Payment, Date, IMEI/Serial No., and Reply. Open the order detail sheet for its current state. A displayed API status and a completed customer-facing order are separate signals.
Check invoices
Choose a status tab and open the relevant invoice. **Search invoices** in this client tab searches invoices on the current page. Use pagination or the main Clients > Invoices filters when looking across a larger history. Clear the page search before assuming an older invoice is missing.
If a linked action is absent, the row may have no supported relation or your role may lack the target-record permission. Keep the IDs and inspect the authorized source list; do not infer that an absent link means the transaction never happened.
