Find and review an invoice

Open **Clients > Invoices**. The main grid identifies Invoice ID, Client, Payment Gateway, Transaction ID, Total, Issued Date, and Status. Open the matching invoice after checking the client and currency.

Find the record

1. Use Filters to narrow by **Status**, **Invoice Date**, **Currency**, or **Invoice ID**.

2. Where your role permits, add Payment Gateway, Product, Client, Admin, Shipping Method, or Item Contains. Wallet Credits and Retail Products distinguish different invoice contents.

3. Apply the conditions and inspect additional pages when needed.

4. Open the invoice and check its date, current status, gateway, client, item amounts, and transactions.

5. Use **Related Ledger** when available and **Audit Log** to investigate the associated changes.

Understand the status

Paid and Unpaid describe billing state; Under Verification, Canceled, Uncollectible, Partially Refunded, Refunded, Due, and Drafts can also appear where applicable. A status label alone does not prove fulfillment or provider settlement. Compare the linked order and the actual payment transaction.

Missing or unexpected records

Clear restrictive filters, check the intended workspace and invoice ID, and confirm invoice access. A client record also has an Invoices tab, but its search is limited to the current page. Use the main invoice filters for a wider investigation.

Opening a linked client or order uses its detail sheet and relevant access controls. When payments or order information are incomplete, preserve the invoice reference and investigate those records before using Add payment, Refund, or a status action.
