Synchronize supplier services and account information

Save a working supplier connection before synchronizing. Open **Orders → Supplier APIs** (`/orders/suppliers-apis`) and select the intended connection. Its native editor includes **General**, **Quick Add / Connect** and **Price Synchronize**.

Synchronize

1. Open the intended supplier connection in the supplier editor.

2. Select **Check Connection** to review reported account information, then **Synchronize** to fetch the supplier catalog.

3. Wait for the account information and service/category catalog result.

4. Read the reported product/category counts and any skipped-service message.

5. Review the current supplier service before connecting it to a catalog item.

Synchronization fetches supplier account information and the supplier catalog. It does not mean all returned services are now published in your store. Quick Add / Connect and individual product mapping are separate steps.

If the supplier reports malformed product data, the synchronization fails rather than claiming a successful service refresh. Services missing valid names can be skipped with a reported count. Fix the supplier response or choose a supported driver instead of importing unnamed placeholder services.

Account information may include a balance and currency. Use it as the reported supplier account state; it is not proof of an order’s settlement or that every service can be purchased.

**Expected result:** the connection has a refreshed service/category snapshot available for selection. If the list is empty or outdated, inspect credentials, driver, supplier account access and the safe last error before changing prices or import rules.
