Set supplier currency and credit conversion

Open **Orders → Supplier APIs**, edit the intended connection and verify its currency. This currency describes supplier prices and balances; it is not automatically the same as your customer’s wallet currency.

Configure a credit-based supplier

1. Select **CRD** only when the supplier actually reports credits.

2. Enter **CRD per USD** for this supplier when it has a specific conversion rate.

3. Leave it blank only when the workspace’s existing CRD conversion should apply.

4. Save and inspect synchronized purchase costs before enabling or changing selling-price automation.

The value means **1 USD equals this many supplier credits**. For example, if 1 USD buys 10 CRD, enter 10. A 20 CRD supplier cost is then equivalent to 2 USD before other currency conversion or margin rules. Do not reverse the rate and enter USD per credit.

Use a positive ordinary decimal with up to eight decimal places. The workspace needs a valid USD exchange rate before a per-supplier CRD conversion can be saved. A non-CRD connection does not use this credit conversion field.

Review the effect

Check the purchase currency, synchronized supplier amount and displayed selling price for a representative service. Global and per-service margins are separate from the unit conversion. A high fixed margin cannot reliably compensate for a reversed or wrong credit rate.

**Expected result:** supplier credit prices convert consistently for cost and pricing calculations. If the supplier changes the value of its credit, update and review the affected products before relying on the next automatic refresh.
