Set client-specific service prices
Open the client’s **Custom Pricing** tab. The override is specific to that client. The displayed group price and supplier purchase cost are different reference amounts.
Set a custom price
1. Confirm the client and current group.
2. Choose **Category** and find the Product.
3. Review the reference price and per-currency tooltip, including group price, conversion, and purchase cost when available.
4. Enter the intended override in the correct currency column. Use numeric values of zero or more.
5. Check the unsaved product count and choose **Submit**.
6. Refresh or reopen the category to confirm the stored override.
Return to inherited pricing
Clear the override and submit when the client should use the inherited price again. A blank field and numeric zero have different meanings. Do not enter zero to mean “use default.” Review the effective group and currency price afterward.
Service availability
A service marked disabled for the client’s group cannot be ordered by that client. Saving a custom price does not enable the service, and price changes for a group-disabled service do not send Telegram notifications. Have an authorized administrator review group availability separately.
Unexpected prices
Check the client group, category, currency, and configured exchange rates. The tab cannot create a missing category or service. If read-only, custom-price edit permission is required. Price edits affect subsequent pricing decisions; inspect existing orders and invoices instead of assuming earlier transactions were recalculated.
