Set service verification, duplicate and cancellation rules
Open the service’s the **Preferences** tab tab and review **More Settings**. Make changes only after understanding the service’s fulfillment flow and customer wallet effects.
Review each preference
**Auto accept duplicate** allows an identical open request to be accepted and charged rather than rejected as a duplicate. Enable it only for services where repeated purchases are intentional. **Auto reply duplicate** is a separate option; verify the existing result and intended duplicate workflow before enabling it.
**Send for verification** and **Verification with in minutes** control the service’s verification-related workflow. **Cancel Order** and **Cancel with in minutes** define the offered cancellation behavior. Do not promise that a customer cancellation can undo a supplier’s already accepted job.
1. Review the current preference and its time value together.
2. Enable only the options this service supports.
3. Save, then review the customer order controls and a suitable non-financial test scenario.
4. Check the order timeline for real requests affected by the policy.
The **Hide for visitors** label is not a guarantee of full catalog privacy: the reviewed implementation only honors that preference in the eSIM plan list. Use actual service/category group availability when controlling who can order a standard service.
**Expected result:** the configured service offers the intended duplicate, verification and cancellation behavior. If an option appears ineffective, check the service type, current order state, elapsed time and staff/customer permissions. Do not force a final status or issue an extra wallet credit merely to simulate cancellation.
