Run and resume a reviewed Quick Add import
Prepare and review **Quick Add / Connect** first. Verify the intended supplier, category/service matches, enabled client groups, purchase costs, selling prices and any explicit free-order choices before adding services.
Start the import
1. In **Quick Add: Review Services**, inspect New and Existing matches.
2. Choose **Do not send announcements** only when you intend to suppress the import announcements.
3. Select **Add N services** after the preview is correct.
4. Keep the browser tab and dialog open while batches run.
5. Review processed, added, remaining and error counts when the workflow finishes.
The workflow processes bounded batches and can show per-item failures separately from a batch request error. A batch may contain successful items even when some services need attention. Treat the reported result as the source for deciding what remains.
Stop or resume
**Stop after current batch** waits for the active batch and prevents later batches from starting. It does not undo completed catalog changes. Use **Resume remaining services** for an intentionally paused workflow, or **Retry current batch** when the workflow reports that option after a failure.
If a service was added or changed after the preview, the import can refuse the stale match instead of overwriting it. Recheck the current store and prepare a fresh preview for that item. Do not repeatedly restart the entire original supplier catalog just because one response was uncertain.
**Expected result:** reviewed services are added or connected with visible per-item outcomes. Open representative items in Products / Services to verify names, fields, groups and prices. Investigate errors before enabling automatic additions for the same supplier.
