Review wallet exposure and unusual activity
Use **Reports > Wallet Funding** for account exposure and wallet investigation. Choose the report that matches the issue, then open its linked client or invoice for the underlying records.
Balances and overdrive
**Current Wallet Balances** shows the current client/currency snapshot, including Balance, Receipts, Unpaid, and Used %. Narrow it with Client group, Currency, Balance more than, and Balance less than. **Top Wallet Holders** helps identify the largest balances. **Negative Wallet Balances** focuses on negative balances and Overdrive/Used %, with Client group, Currency, and Balance less than filters.
Use these reports to review exposure, not to assume a negative balance is unauthorized. Inspect the client’s configured overdrive allowance, orders, and ledger. Converted summary amounts should be reconciled against the original currency rows.
Unpaid funding
Open **Unpaid Wallet Invoices** and choose Date range, Currency, or Client. Compare Total Invoices and Total Unpaid Amount, then open the invoice. These records can represent staff credit already made available to the wallet while payment remains due. Verify receipts before recording payment or removing credit.
Unusual activity
**Suspicious Wallet Activity** highlights activity for investigation. Use Currency and Client to narrow the list, then compare transaction counts, total credit, and total debit with the client’s actual ledger and business activity. A report flag is not a fraud finding and does not by itself justify banning or debiting an account.
If a figure is unexpected, refresh, match currency/scope, and trace the relevant order, invoice, adjustment, or transfer. Do not correct balances from a summary row alone. Keep client-specific financial details within authorized staff workflows.
