Review and decide a withdrawal request
Open **Clients > Withdrawals**. Use Client, Status, Currency, Payment Gateway, and Date filters to find the request. Only Pending requests can be decided, and processing requires the withdrawal-update permission.
Review the request
1. Open the row and confirm the client and currency.
2. Compare **Requested amount**, **Fee**, and **Net amount**.
3. Inspect **Payment details**, including the selected gateway and submitted destination fields or attachments.
4. Open View client if you need account or wallet context.
5. Write **Internal note** for staff-only context and **Client note** only for information the client may see.
6. Establish whether an outside payment has already been sent before choosing a decision.
Approve
Choose **Approve**, read **Approve withdrawal?**, and confirm once. Approval records the decision; this admin action does not itself send an external payout. Follow the independently verified payout process and keep its reference in the appropriate record. Do not send a second payment just because a notification is missing.
Reject
Choose **Reject** only when the withdrawal should not proceed. Rejection returns the requested amount to the client wallet. Check the resulting wallet credit and client-visible note. Reconcile an already-sent payment before rejecting, so that an outside payout and restored wallet credit do not both remain unintentionally.
The confirmation states that the decision cannot be undone. After a timeout, reload the request and wallet before trying again. Approved, Rejected, notification delivery, and external settlement are different facts; verify each relevant step.
