Understand order and supplier statuses
Open an order from **Orders** and read its order status beside its separate **API Status**, where present. The order status records your customer workflow; API Status records supplier communication. Acceptance alone does not mean a result was delivered.
| Order status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| New | Received and waiting for processing. |
| Verify | Waiting for staff verification. |
| Accepted | Accepted by staff and waiting for a final reply. |
| In-process | Processing is underway. |
| Pending | Placed but awaiting payment. |
| Success | Recorded as processed and fulfilled. |
| Rejected | Rejected; applicable refundable credit is returned to the customer wallet. |
Use the status to choose the next step
Review a new or verification order before accepting it. Enter a verified customer result when replying Success. Use rejection only after confirming the work should stop and checking any supplier submission already made. A supplier API error or timeout is not itself proof that the supplier never received an order.
When a rejected order is put back to New, the system can take the refunded credit back from the customer wallet. Treat reopening as a financial action and inspect the order and wallet history first.
**Expected result:** the final status agrees with the delivered result and the wallet movement. If the customer reports a mismatch, inspect the order activity timeline, supplier reference and wallet entry together. An order rejection credits Fusion wallet funds; it does not establish a refund to a payment card or external payment provider.
