Import clients from CSV

Open **Clients > List**, use the **Upload clients** icon menu, and choose **Import**. This CSV workflow creates accounts; it is separate from URL migration and legacy credit transfer.

Prepare and map the file

1. Prepare **Client Name**, **Country**, **Mobile**, **Email**, **Group**, and **Status** columns.

2. Optional columns include Address Type, Company, First Name, Last Name, Address, Apartment/suite, City, State, PIN code, and Notes.

3. Use supported country names/codes and the exact destination Group name. An unrecognized group can fall back to the default, so confirm assignments.

4. Select or drop the CSV, check header/delimiter settings and **Preview Import**, then **Map CSV columns to fields**.

5. Review a small set before starting and keep the page open while processing.

Review results

Inspect Uploaded, Skipped, and error results. Search the imported emails and confirm group, status, country, and addresses. A batch can contain both successful and failed rows. Correct failed rows and check existing destination accounts before retrying.

Import boundaries

The CSV mapping has no wallet-balance or migration-key field and initializes API access as disabled. Do not add undocumented balance or credential columns expecting them to transfer. Use the separate credit-migration workflow for eligible source credit. A connection failure after submission is an uncertain result until you inspect the destination; it does not prove that nothing was created.
