Import accounts from another Dhru Fusion server
Use **Import from URL** in the **Upload clients** icon menu for a Dhru Fusion server you administer. Obtain its migration authorization through your approved process. Keep the Migration key private.
Connect and preview
1. Choose **Import from URL**. Confirm Migration server is Dhru Fusion.
2. Enter **Dhru Fusion URL** and **Migration key**, then **Load source**.
3. Check the source summary identifies the intended installation.
4. Choose **Migrate type: Client accounts** and load the preview.
5. Inspect account details, warnings, and selection scope. Current page and All eligible records are different selections.
6. Select the intended rows and choose **Import client**.
Processing and results
Keep the page open. **Stop after current batch** lets the active batch finish and stops later rows; it does not roll back completed accounts. Use **Download** to retain the result report and verify successful, failed, unconfirmed, and not-processed records against the destination.
Accounts and credit are separate
Client accounts import does not automatically move source balances. Verify destination accounts first. Credit balances only is a separate financial workflow with additional capability and permission requirements. A source can allow account import while credit migration remains unavailable.
If the source cannot be loaded, recheck its URL and authorization with the source administrator. Do not share the migration key in support chat or disable security globally. When a batch result is unconfirmed, inspect destination accounts before repeating it.
