Turn customer feedback into better answers
Find feedback
Open **Help Center → Feedback** or choose **Needs review** from the article workspace. Filter by status or rating and use search to find a comment, customer query, or article.
Review the whole issue
1. Open the feedback details.
2. Read the comment, customer query, reason, and source when available.
3. Use **Open article** to compare the answer with the question.
4. Verify the actual product behavior before rewriting the instruction.
5. Decide whether the article needs a clearer requirement, a missing step, a troubleshooting section, or a link to another guide.
Record progress
Use the available feedback actions to mark review progress or resolution. Mark feedback resolved only after the identified documentation issue is addressed. Changing feedback status does not itself edit or publish an article.
Confirm the customer-facing result
Save and publish the corrected article with the intended visibility. Browse it as the intended audience and check any related-guide links. If the feedback describes an account-specific order or payment problem, handle that case in an authorized conversation rather than adding private details to the article.
Use recurring questions
Repeated feedback can identify an unclear product requirement or workflow. Improve the source article so both customers and eligible AI answers have a better reference. Avoid creating many duplicate articles for the same question.
