Set group wallet and transfer access
Open an existing group in **Clients > Groups**. Group editing, General Settings, and global Credit Transfer settings have separate permissions. Create a new group first, then re-open it to configure the available wallet rules.
Wallet limits
1. Find **Wallet limits**. These are the minimum and maximum a client in the group can add at one time.
2. For each displayed Currency, choose **Enabled** and enter **Min. Deposit** and **Max. Deposit** as intended.
3. Review both limits together so that the maximum is not below the minimum.
4. Save and re-open the group to verify the values.
5. If saving reports a partial failure, check the group and wallet limits individually before retrying.
These limits concern a deposit amount; they are different from an account’s current wallet balance or overdrive allowance. Currency availability and workspace-wide funding settings are managed separately.
Transfers and vouchers
When the global feature is available, use **Internal credit transfer** and **Vouchers** to permit those actions for this sender group. In **Allowed client groups**, choose the groups that may receive transfers or vouchers from it. Save and verify the selections. Group permission does not replace global KYC, 2FA, fee, or voucher-limit rules.
If a client cannot use the feature
Check their actual current group, the global feature switch, sender-group eligibility, destination group, and the applicable identity/security requirements. Do not remove verification requirements simply to bypass an unexplained rejection.
