Create digital inventory groups and add codes
Open **Products → Digital Inventory** (`/services/digital-inventory`). Prepare the codes you are authorized to sell, their purchase currency/cost and the group that should deliver them. Inventory content can be sensitive; keep it out of public articles and support screenshots.
Create a group
1. Select **Add group**.
2. Enter **Group name** and an optional description.
3. Set **Active** as intended and save.
4. Open the group and select **Add Inventory**.
Add stock
Enter the **Purchase Cost** amount and **Currency** for this stock. Paste the codes in **Codes**, one code per line. Enable **Skip duplicate codes** if repeated codes in the selected group should be omitted. Submit, then review the added/skipped counts and updated stock.
Duplicate detection is scoped to the inventory group. If all submitted values already exist and Skip duplicate codes is on, the result can say **No new codes to add**. Review that result rather than turning duplicate protection off just to increase the count.
The edit form can offer **Mark as sold**. This asks for confirmation and sold inventory cannot be moved back to in stock. Use it only for an intentional final stock adjustment; it is not an availability toggle.
**Expected result:** the correct group shows new available stock, and In/Out/Stock counts reflect the intended adjustment. Items assigned to an order can restrict editing. Inspect the related order before trying to change a code already used for fulfillment.
