Review how new supplier services enter your catalog

Use **Orders → Supplier APIs → Quick Add / Connect** to add newly discovered supplier services through a reviewed native workflow. Synchronize the supplier catalog first, then inspect names, fields, costs, groups and margins before importing.

Current native controls

The supplier editor provides **General**, **Quick Add / Connect** and **Price Synchronize**. It does not currently provide an Auto Add New Product tab. Do not look for an automatic-add switch under Price Synchronize: that screen controls supplier refresh and global selling margins.

Add new entries deliberately

1. Synchronize the supplier catalog.

2. Open Quick Add / Connect and select the intended categories or services.

3. Configure group availability and pricing increments.

4. Prepare the preview and use its **New** filter.

5. Inspect the proposed additions and run the reviewed import.

6. Open representative created products to verify required fields and fulfillment mapping.

An existing store can have older automatic-add rules saved by another supported administrative workflow. Their presence does not make a missing native switch appear. Before changing an existing automation policy, ask an authorized administrator to review its saved scope; do not assume that opening or closing the native editor disables it.

**Expected result:** new services enter the store through a reviewed, visible import. A supplier refresh alone does not prove every new item is published, and enabling global price synchronization is not an instruction to publish the supplier’s entire future catalog.
