Changes

- Added **Instant Reply** when placing an order with an API provider that supports an immediate response. Its activation option is in **Edit API**.

- Added **View Order > Send to API**, allowing an administrator to submit the order without waiting for the cron job.

- The instant-reply option applies to compatible providers; it does not make every API connection synchronous.
