To add a new currency, fill in the following details:

Currency Code – Standard currency code (e.g., USD, EUR, INR)

Prefix – Symbol placed before the amount (e.g., $)

Suffix – Symbol placed after the amount (if required)

Format – Choose the number format for displaying values

Rate – Set the exchange rate in relation to the default currency

Default Currency Settings

Enable Default – Set a currency as the system default

Upgrade Rate – Click this to update all other currency rates based on the current exchange rate of the default currency

Managing Existing Currencies

• To edit a currency, click on the Edit button beside the currency name

• You can set a different default client currency by editing the selected currency and marking it for client-side usage, independent of the system default
