Connecting to Multiple APIs
You can connect a single service to multiple API connections, giving you flexibility and redundancy in case one provider is down or slower.
Steps to Add Multiple API Connections:
1. Save the Additional API Connection
Go to API Connections, add the new API credentials, and save it as a Secondary Connection.
2. Link via Connection History
Open the service you want to connect. Under Connection History, select the checkbox next to the API connection you want to use as a backup.
3. Drag & Reorder
After saving, the selected APIs will appear under Secondary API Connections. You can drag and change the order of these connections. The system will try them in that order if the primary one fails.
