Set WhatsApp signup verification and buy credits
Use **Settings → Registration** for **WhatsApp Verification Required**. This is a customer-signup verification setting. It is separate from retail-order WhatsApp notifications and the WhatsApp support channel used by Inbox.
Enable verification
Review the credit balance and current cost shown beside the setting. Turn **WhatsApp Verification Required** on when your registration process should require that step, then save the registration settings. Check the customer signup flow after saving.
Buy credits
1. Open the WhatsApp credit purchase action in Registration.
2. Choose one of the displayed packages in **Buy WhatsApp Credits**.
3. Review the quantity and purchase confirmation.
4. Confirm only when you intend the purchase and your DHRU Account has sufficient wallet balance.
5. Wait for the result and check the updated workspace credit balance before retrying.
The purchase uses your DHRU Account wallet; it is not a customer credit adjustment inside Fusion. Use the current displayed cost rather than an old price example.
If signup verification fails
Check the credit balance, correct workspace, and exact error. Buying credits does not bypass an email-domain restriction or manual registration approval. If a purchase result is uncertain, reload the balance before submitting a second purchase.
