Organize your Help Center into collections
Plan around customer tasks
Open **Help Center → Articles**. Organize by the questions your customers ask: getting started, placing an order, order progress, account and wallet, and troubleshooting. Use specific names that customers recognize instead of internal department names.
Create and arrange collections
1. Choose **New collection** beside Collections.
2. Enter the collection details and select its parent when needed.
3. Save it and confirm it appears in the tree.
4. Use **Manage structure** and collection editing controls to maintain the hierarchy.
5. Move articles to the appropriate collection from their article settings.
Keep the structure useful
Put each article in the most useful collection and use related articles for the next task. Avoid near-duplicate collections. Article status and visibility, plus the containing collection and its parent collections, determine availability.
Remove an obsolete collection carefully
Only an empty collection can be deleted. Move all articles and child collections elsewhere first; archived articles may still need moving. Verify the destination, then review the deletion confirmation. Deleting a collection is not a replacement for rewriting an inaccurate article.
Check the result
Browse the collection tree and use the public/customer Help Center to confirm that eligible published articles are discoverable. Empty, draft-only, or private content may not appear in customer browsing.
