Correct order input fields
Open the individual order and check whether its fields have already been sent to a supplier. You need order-edit permission. Correcting a local field does not establish that a supplier has changed an existing external request.
Update the input
1. Inspect the service and the customer’s original request.
2. Open the order field editor.
3. Correct only the intended IMEI, serial number or other service field.
4. Keep required values and use the format configured for that service.
5. Save, then reopen the order to confirm the stored values.
The system validates submitted values against the product’s configured fields, including mappings and format requirements. A rejected update usually needs the service’s required value, supported option or configured length/format to be corrected.
After a supplier submission
Inspect the **API Order/Ref. ID** and API activity first. If a supplier already has the old value, contact or reconcile that supplier record before sending another order. Editing local fields does not cancel the original purchase, guarantee a resend, or change a supplier-owned result.
**Expected result:** the order displays the corrected validated input. If an expected field is unavailable, inspect the product’s **Fields** configuration and supplier mapping rather than placing an unrelated value into a different field. For automatically synchronized fields, see service custom fields.
