Understand an order detail page

Open an order from **Orders** to see its full payment record. The header shows the order ID, order status, and a separate payment status when they differ. Customer, website, payment method, and payment address details appear when available for that order.

Review the payment

1. Check the order amount and currency.

2. Check the payment amount, received amount, and selected payment method or network. The payment currency can differ from the order currency.

3. Review the **Order Items** tab for item descriptions and totals.

4. Review the payment transaction rows for transaction type, amount, reference, date, and status. A blockchain transaction reference has an explorer link when a supported explorer is available.

5. Copy the PayerOne order ID and relevant transaction reference when contacting support.

Read IPN delivery history

The **IPN Logs** tab appears when delivery history exists. It shows notifications sent to your integration, including the HTTP response and available delivery details. A paid order with a failed notification can leave your website waiting for an update; check the delivery result as well as the payment record. Keep webhook verification and order fulfillment on your server.

Refund information

Eligible orders show a refund action in the Order Items header. Refund totals appear below the total when applicable, and a **Refunds** tab appears when refund history exists. Use the separate refund guide for eligibility and processing. A payment result, webhook delivery, refund result, and provider settlement are different stages; check the record for the stage you are investigating.
