Understand free PayerOne PRO with DHRU Fusion PRO

An eligible active **DHRU Fusion PRO** subscription can include complimentary **PayerOne PRO** access. When the benefit activates, PayerOne displays **Free PayerOne PRO activated** with a validity date. Select **Got it** to dismiss the notice.

Check your benefit

1. Sign in using the DHRU Account associated with your eligible Fusion PRO subscription.

2. Open **Billing > Subscription**.

3. Look for **Free PayerOne PRO included with DHRU Fusion PRO** and its **Valid until** date.

4. Review the Current Plan and any separately displayed paid subscription details.

5. Use the date shown for your account; complimentary access follows the Fusion subscription rather than a separately purchased PayerOne billing cycle.

If you already pay for PayerOne

The benefit does not erase an existing paid subscription. Billing can show the paid package and its expiry alongside complimentary access. A paid PRO plan that already covers the benefit period can remain the effective plan. Check any available auto-renewal setting for the underlying paid subscription separately; do not assume the free benefit canceled future paid renewal.

Expiry or missing benefit

Complimentary access has no separate paid auto-renewal. When it ends, your effective package depends on any remaining active paid PayerOne subscription; otherwise the account uses FREE. If the expected benefit is missing, confirm the DHRU Account and Fusion PRO subscription, sign out and back in, then review Billing. Contact support with the relevant account and subscription references privately. The benefit covers the subscription package; check the package fee structure for applicable payment-processing charges.
