Review checkout virtual addresses
Open **Payments > Receiving Address > My Virtual Address** to inspect the virtual-address records associated with checkout. A virtual address shown to a payer can differ from the destination receiving address you configured.
Find an address
1. Open the **My Virtual Address** tab.
2. Enter the address or relevant value in **Search**.
3. Review **Method**, **Receive Address**, **Networks**, **Status**, and **Last Accessed**.
4. Use the copy action to copy the complete receive address. Use the network explorer action when available.
5. Use Refresh, Columns, Rows per page, and the page controls to inspect additional results.
Use the current payment instructions
This table helps trace an address; it is not a general-purpose deposit address book. For a customer payment, use the address, network, token, amount, and validity shown by the current checkout or Express Wallet response. Do not tell a customer to reuse a historical checkout address because it is still visible in a table.
If a transfer is missing
Compare the sender's transaction hash, exact recipient, network, token, and amount with the payment instructions. Find the matching order in Orders or TXID in Transactions. If you need support, provide those references and the approximate time privately. Never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key.
