Redeem a PayerOne voucher

If you received a PayerOne credit voucher, redeem it inside the **Top up prepaid balance** dialog. A voucher is a billing credit code; it is not a Merchant Token, payment order, or cryptocurrency private key.

Redeem your code

1. Open the Wallet Balance top-up dialog from the sidebar or Billing.

2. Find the voucher section and enter the code you received.

3. Select **Redeem** and wait for the result. The form normalizes surrounding spaces and letter case.

4. Check the success message and updated wallet balance.

5. Open **Billing > Invoices** and inspect the redemption invoice when you need its record. The invoice detail can show **Voucher Redeemed** with the credited amount.

If redemption fails

Recheck the complete code and any eligibility or validity terms supplied with it. Read the error returned by the form. A failed attempt does not mean credits were added. If the result is uncertain, refresh the balance and check the invoices before retrying. Send the relevant error and account reference privately to support; do not publish an unused voucher code.

Voucher and paid top-up are separate

Redeeming a voucher uses the voucher action. Purchasing credits uses the separate top-up payment action. Do not complete a paid top-up merely to retry a voucher unless you also intend to buy those credits.
