Why is a payment method missing or unavailable?

The checkout offers methods available for that merchant and order. A provider listed in **Add Gateway** is not automatically enabled for every customer.

Merchant checklist

1. Confirm the connection exists in the current **Payment Gateway** tab, not only **Payment Gateways [Deprecated]**.

2. Open the gateway and make sure **Disable** is off. Resolve **Sandbox blocked** or **Endpoint blocked** first.

3. Compare paid usage with the gateway's **Limits**.

4. If it belongs to a routing policy, verify **Enable Routing Policy**, member selection, and member limits. A gateway in an inactive policy is not automatically offered as standalone.

5. Check dates, both time boundaries, timezone, country allow/deny lists, allowed order currencies, and minimum/maximum order amounts.

6. Verify that the provider account supports the selected processing currency and the intended payment method.

7. Review a fresh checkout using the customer's actual order context.

Crypto options

Crypto options come from the merchant's active receiving-address configuration and enabled network/token selections. A token available on one network is not automatically available on another. An order can also restrict the allowed address types. If the option is not shown, do not manually change the network or send funds to an address copied from a different order.

An order is already partially paid

Once a crypto payment has been recorded, complete that order on its recorded network and token. Switching to a card gateway or another network is restricted. Follow the remaining amount on the same checkout instead of creating an unrelated payment.

Information for support

Provide the PayerOne order reference, gateway name, order amount and currency, approximate time and timezone, customer country, and exact message. For a crypto transfer include the network, token, and public transaction hash. Do not send API keys, provider secrets, wallet recovery phrases, or full card details.
