Pay a PayerOne checkout
Open the payment link provided by the merchant and check the company name, order description, amount, and currency. If those details are incorrect, contact the merchant before paying.
Pay with a provider
Choose one of the offered card, bank, wallet, or local payment methods. Review the final payment amount, including any extra merchant fee, and follow that provider's instructions. Return to the checkout when prompted. Do not create a second payment merely because the return page is still updating; ask the merchant to check the existing order if your provider shows a debit.
Pay with crypto
1. Select the exact network and token shown by the checkout. A token name such as USDT is not enough to identify the correct network.
2. Copy the current receiving address or use the payment QR/deep link.
3. Send the displayed amount including all decimal places, and include any reference or notes the chosen method requires.
4. Account for any withdrawal fee charged by your exchange so the receiving amount matches the checkout.
5. Keep the transaction hash and wait for the checkout to update.
Wallet connection
If the checkout offers a wallet connection, choose the network and token requested by that checkout and review the wallet's transfer request before approving. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into a checkout or support chat.
Keep payment details together
Use the same order while it is valid. If you have already paid part of a crypto order, keep using its recorded network and token. If the link expires or fails after you send funds, contact the merchant with the order reference and payment evidence before sending again.
