Manage receiving-address options and fees

Open **Payments > Receiving Address** and use the edit action beside an address to review its options. The wallet type is fixed in the dashboard edit form. Read the destination and network selections carefully before saving a change.

Available options

- **Status:** use Active or Inactive to control whether the saved receiving configuration is offered for new payment selection.

- **Wallet Connect:** available for EVM, Solana, and Tron configurations. It offers supported connected-wallet payment flows. A wallet connection does not remove the need to check the network, amount, and transaction result.

- **Underpayment Tolerance:** shown for EVM and Solana. This is an absolute shortfall in the payment token’s units, not a percentage or a USD amount. Check each accepted token before choosing the tolerance. Keep it at the value your business intends to accept.

- **Enabled Networks & Tokens:** choose the network/token combinations accepted by this receiving address.

- **Fee Percentage** and **Fixed Fee:** configure the customer transaction fees for this payment configuration.

Separate the fee types

Customer fees configured on a receiving address are different from your PayerOne package's platform processing fees and from blockchain or exchange charges. Review the payment amount shown at checkout and the amounts and currencies recorded on the order. Do not assume that an exchange's withdrawal fee will automatically be covered by your tolerance setting.

Change or remove an address

1. Review outstanding orders and any payment instructions already given to customers.

2. Edit the address, networks, or options and save.

3. Reopen the saved configuration and confirm the result.

4. Check a new checkout's payment instructions before giving them to a customer.

5. Use Delete only when you intend to remove the configuration and have reviewed the confirmation. Changing or deleting settings is not a refund or recovery action for payments already sent.
