Investigate a missing payment with AI
Use a connected PayerOne MCP client to investigate an uncredited or unsettled blockchain payment. Provide the **incoming customer transaction**, preferably as a supported HTTPS explorer transaction link. If you provide only a hash, also specify the network.
Ask a clear question
For example: “Check this incoming payment on my PayerOne account: TRANSACTION_HASH, network NETWORK_NAME.” Use the full actual incoming reference in your private authorized conversation. An outgoing transfer from a receiving address is a different transaction and cannot replace the incoming customer payment.
The connector can match supported merchant-owned Express Wallet and reusable checkout receiving addresses. You do not need to invent an order ID for a deposit to an idle receiving address. If the link and selected network disagree, correct the reference and try again.
With payment resolution permission
When **Check and resolve payments** is granted and available, PayerOne verifies the reported transaction, the receiving address ownership and eligible available funds. It can start processing supported funds under that existing authorization. Read the returned message: **processing started** means the request was accepted, not that settlement completed.
If processing is accepted, allow the time stated in the response and then check the destination wallet and payment status again. The current guidance is to allow up to 30 minutes before checking again. If the funds still have not arrived, contact PayerOne support with the incoming transaction and result.
With read-only access
The AI can investigate supported payments without starting processing. If it reports that payment resolution permission is needed, review and authorize the appropriate connection access only if you want that action. It should not claim that a read-only check processed the payment.
Other results
A transaction can be pending, already recorded, unsupported, associated with a different receiving address, or unable to be resolved automatically. Follow the returned next step. Do not repeatedly resubmit an already accepted request or credit a customer merely because a hash is valid.
Automatic resolution is limited to eligible supported payments. It does not guarantee recovery for every network, token, address or payment state. If the result asks for support, include the incoming transaction, network, approximate payment time and safe result message. Keep wallet secrets and merchant credentials private.
