Configure server services and quantities

Fusion Owned License is end of life; these instructions describe existing legacy installations, and labels can vary by build.

Find or add a server service

Open **Products/Services > Server Service > All** to view, edit, search or download the server-service list. The documented creation path uses **Products/Services > Server Settings > +Add New**; group controls are **Server Settings > Group** and **+Add Group**.

The new-service form contains **Service name**, **Duplicate**, **Service listed in group**, **Status**, **Send for verification**, **User can cancel order**, **Delivery time**, **Credit**, and **Assign this service to user**. **Duplicate** copies details from a selected service; **Credit** sets the price, and the assignment checkbox assigns the service to all users. Check copied fields and that broad assignment before saving.

Service overview

Open **Products/Services > Server Settings > Edit Service**. Set **Status**, **Service name**, **Service information**, **Service listed in group**, **Delivery time**, and **Price**. **Icon link**, **Download link**, and **Knowledgebase** provide the displayed icon, related download and order-page guide.

**Verification** allows a successful order to be sent for verification. **Cancel order** allows cancellation before a new order is accepted. **Notification by email** accepts comma-separated recipients; **Notification by SMS**, **Order successful**, and **Order rejected** control customer notifications and templates. **Reset discount** resets this service's user discounts.

The archived overview also lists **File name format**, **Wrong file format message**, and **Allowed extension**. These are documented legacy fields, not proof that every server-service workflow accepts uploads.

Quantity and custom fields

Open **Products/Services > Server service > Edit service > Field**.

Under **Quantity Field**, enter comma-separated choices in **Quantity Dropdown options**. To offer quantities 1, 2 and 3, enter `1,2,3`. The form also lets you define a **minimum quantity range** and **maximum quantity range**. Review the dropdown choices and boundaries together with the service price.

**Custom Fields** can describe product features shown on the service specification page and used in comparison, such as RAM, Processor and Storage in the source's phone example.

Other service tabs

Use **API Connection** to map the provider service, **Retail Purchase** for retail presentation and **Inventory** for stock settings. The archive also lists **Subscription**, **Subscribed User**, **Discounted Users**, and **Customer Review** without detailed field definitions.

Confirm the provider identifier and required inputs before accepting orders. A copied service name does not establish that its old API connection or quantity rules fit the new service.
