Review payment gateway configuration

Archived guide for existing Fusion Owned License installations; use the instructions for your installed build.

Active and inactive methods

Open **Settings > Payment Gateways**. **Activated** lists enabled methods; **Inactivated** lists modules present in that build that can be configured. Confirm the installed module and merchant account before enabling a method.

Enter merchant authentication only in the protected configuration. Historical field names below describe the existing interface, not the current requirements of every provider account.

PayPal settings

Open **Settings > Payment Gateways > Edit PayPal** and review:

- **Show on the order form**: display the PayPal option in quick checkout.

- **Display Name**: customer-facing method name.

- **Email**: the merchant PayPal account email.

- **Sandbox**: use the provider's test environment for the configured integration.

- **Info**: additional selection-page information.

- **Convert to for processing**: convert to the selected processing currency when the transaction is created.

The archive also mentions API username, API password, signature, client ID and secret key. These are not one interchangeable credential set: PayPal documents [NVP/SOAP credentials](https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/apiCredentials/) separately from [REST authentication](https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/authentication/). Use the fields actually requested by the installed module rather than filling every historical field. Never send those values in chat.

N-Genius settings

Open **Settings > Payment Gateway > Edit N-genius**. The article requires an **API KEY** and **OUTLET ID**.

Its merchant-portal navigation for the key is **Settings > Integrations > Merchant Service Accounts**. It places **OUTLET ID** under the online portal's settings. The webhook navigation is **Settings > Webhook > Integration**; the source requires the website to use HTTPS for the automated response.

Use the callback URL generated or documented by the installed gateway module. The old article does not give the actual callback path, so do not substitute a guessed URL. The provider reference is [N-Genius documentation](https://docs.ngenius-payments.com/reference).

Verify the checkout result

Use the provider's supported test process and a controlled invoice to check the selected amount, currency, return flow and callback handling before customer use. For a problem, keep the invoice and provider transaction references, amount, currency and time together. A returned browser success page alone does not establish payment settlement.
